Ingredients:
- Tortillas
- 400g Koukakis Farm Greek yoghurt
- 100g canned corn
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tomato and ½ iceberg lettuce
- 1 chicken fillet
- Juice of half a lemon
- Salt & Pepper
Implementation:
- Add the yoghurt in a bowl
- Add the mustard, the lemon juice, salt, and pepper
- Mix all the ingredients
- Chop the iceberg lettuce and tomato
- Add olive oil and fry the chicken fillet, in a frying pan
- Remove the chicken from the pan add salt & pepper
- Cut the chicken into thin strips
Serving
- Put a tortilla on a plate
- Pour chopped lettuce and tomato
- Add corn and chicken
- Add the yoghurt mixture
- Finally, place another tortilla on top and cut into 4 pieces
